Road to Tokyo Olympics 2020 Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw on Monday met Indian Railways weightlifter Mirabai Chanu, who won a silver medal at the Tokyo Olympics, and announced a cash reward of Rs 2 crore for her soon after her return. Chanu was appointed as honorary Senior Ticket Collector, under Lumding Division in North-East Frontier Railway in August 2015. She hails from Laimaning, District in Imphal East in Manipur.
