The Air India Staff Colony Association was challenging a January 25 order passed by the city civil court at Dindoshi in Mumbai that allowed MIAL to demolish the vacant buildings. The high court held that there is no infirmity in the civil court’s order that refused to grant an ad interim relief in favour of the association.
