There is the front page headline, Justice Department wages secret fight to get emails of times reporters and they couldnt even talk about. The Newspaper Lawyers were gagged and couldnt tell the people involved about this secret fight. This is part of a wider pattern seen first in the obama years then in the trump years of a Leak Investigations that end up involving snooping on reporters. Chief justice, and may it please the court. For more than 100 years, the distinct character of college sports has been that it is played by students who are amateurs, which is to say that they are not paid for their play. Maintaining that distinct character is both procompetitive because it differentiates the Ncaas Products from professional sports, and can be achieved only through agreement. The lower courts agreed that the Ncaa Conception of amateurism is procompetitive, but in striking down several of the rules, they made two fundamental errors. First, they defined their own much narrower conception of amateurism to mean only that athletes not be paid unlimited amounts unrelated to education.
