As the cochair with senator joe manchin of the bipartisan common sense coalition, im so pleased to be here with my colleagues to present our immigration security a and opportunity act, which will be offered as a floor amendment sometime today. I want to thank each one of my colleagues for their hard work and their commitment to achieving a bipartisan solution. I appreciate the leadership of senator rounds and senator king and all of the cosponsors who have joined them. I want to point out that this is the one and only bill that deals with immigration issues with broad bipartisan support. The bill would address two urgent concerns.
