CHEYENNE — Lawmakers forwarded a bill back to the Senate floor on Thursday that is designed to take a proactive stance to ensure public utilities provide reliable power generation.
State utility regulators and utilities said some of the legislation duplicates existing authorities and practices to ensure 'prudent' system investments.
