A recent poll of human resource professionals and other executives conducted by The Harris Poll on behalf of Oklahoma City-based Express Employment Professionals revealed that some companies have met with success in keeping people onboard by allowing them to reduce work hours, to work more often or even exclusively from home, to take on consultant roles, or otherwise to gradually cut back on day-to-day work responsibilities.
