In the east bay cruise are back out this morning to remove a large tree that fell on a house in danville crashing down at home on bridgewater circle near old creek road. It was decorated for the holidays. No one was hurt. Similar scene on the peninsula. This tree crashed down outside of a home in east palo alto. It crashed two cars parked on beach street. Witnesses say no one was hurt. Crews cleared the debris off the sidewalk so people could still walk through until they got all of it cleared. In Santa Cruz County bear creek road closed because of a mudslide. The road closure had traffic back up in both directions a resident decided to ditch the car and leave it on the shoulder. Bart has a switching problem at the bay fair station and no trains are able to move beyond bay fair and no trains are leaving bay fair.
