Guest well, that is the best prospect we have of slowing the iranian prospect down. I dont claim it is the end of the trail because even under the best of circumstances, iran will have the ability, as most admit within a year of time to gear up again and really get into the weapons grade situation. But at the same time, it is diplomacy at work that i hope will be successful because it does bring really a different relationship between the United States and iran. We are finally talking to people there. People in iran who may have at least something to go on temper temporarily. But it is a dicey business.
