The Sedona Planning and Zoning Commission approved, with conditions, a Conditional Use Permit for the building of a 1.5-million-gallon water tank near the intersection of State Route 179 and Mallard Drive. On Tuesday, May 18, the commission heard similar presentations from staff and the Arizona Water Company, which is seeking a Conditional Use Permit to place a 1.5-million gallon tank at 55 Bell Rock Trail, near the inter­section of State Route 179 and Mallard Drive. ....

Trash, noise, illegal parking, human excrement, pedestrian dangers and vehicle exhaust. These are some of the items listed from Indian Cliffs residents regarding their concern of trailhead parking in a church near their subdivision.
Some of the same residents who attended a public meeting on April 21, at the Sedona United Methodist Church, spoke at the Sedona Planning and Zoning Commission meeting Tuesday, May 4. ....
