Kuala Lumpur: The level of public compliance with the standard operating procedures (SOPs) of the Movement Control Order (MCO) throughout the country is at an unsatisfactory level based on the number of compounds issued by the authorities.

MET Malaysia Issues Heavy Rain Warning Affecting Four Peninsular States And Sabah

The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has issued a weather warning, as heavy rains are expected to happen in four states of the Peninsula as well as several areas in Sabah.
They predicted heavy rainfall for:
Pahang (Kuantan, Pekan, Rompin, Lipis, Jerantut, Temerloh, Maran and Bera)
Johor (Segamat, Kluang, Mersing, Kulai, Kota Tinggi, Johor Bahru, Batu Pahat and Pontian)
Kelantan
Sabah (Tuaran, Ranau, Kota Belud, Telupid, Beluran, Sandakan and Kudat)
It’s reported that the annual monsoon season in Malaysia starts from November up to March.
MET Malaysia predicts that up to four to six episodes of significant heavy rain could happen throughout this monsoon season. ....
