Live from center city in philadelphia this is fox 29 news at 10 00. Right now at 10 00 police in Delaware County need help finding this man. They say he shot three people less than 24 hours ago. Two of those people died. One of them was just 16 years old. Good evening, everybody. Im joyce evans. Now tonight the shooter is still roaming the streets. A third victim, a 15yearold is recovering from his gunshot wounds.
