Pembury Lifestyle reports on results audit progress

(Alliance News) - Pembury Lifestyle Group Ltd on Tuesday said it is working on its results audit and needs to publish 2020 interims before its share suspension can be lifted.
The firm said it has engaged with an independent IFRS reviewer, Sean Weldon, who has finalised draft subsidiary financial statements, which were subsequently provided to new auditors in January and an updated audit plan for Pembury s 2019 results was presented.
Queries have been raised and additional information has been requested from the auditors. Consideration is also being made to completing the audit for 31 December 2020 on a back to back basis as the company is busy with the preparation for this audit as well, the firm said. ....
