Steubenville police Wrong place, wrong time: William T. Tunno, 33, 3729 West St. Extension, Weirton, was charged with criminal trespass after the owner of a recently burned-out home on Fourth Street allegedly caught him inside the property. The homeowner said he’d stopped by the property to pick up some possessions when he found the man inside his home, trying to steal DVDs. He told the intruder to leave but the man refused, so he removed him.
