Dundalk based animal welfare officer Fiona Squibb has been suspended from the Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ISPCA) pending an investigation. The move was taken after grievances were raised by charity s chief executive, Ardee man Andrew Kelly. Ms. Squibb, who is the chairperson of the society, as well as board member Seamus Counihan have both been suspended by the board, while an interim chairman, David Skelly, resigned on Monday. ....
