The Sacramento City Unified School District has made a proposal to make up school days lost due to the strike, as it faces millions of dollars in fines.
The Sacramento City Unified School District has begun collaborating with the Sacramento City Teachers Association on how to make up for lost instruction time during the recent strike in the hopes of avoiding an estimated $46 million in financial penalties, a district official said.
