This is what youre dealing with at the bay bridge and its because of a crash in San Francisco that slowed the meet are lights down at the toll plaza, slowing traffic on the bridge and so theres a backup there. It was not the worst thing in the world but it caused slow traffic and i would say you can add another 10 minutes to your commute, 10 or 15, and you should be fine.
