The Script have rearranged their previously postponed Eden Sessions show, along with concerts in Ireland and Scotland.
The Irish trio will now take over the Eden Project in Cornwall on September 17, with their date at Musgrave Park in Cork rearranged for June 19, 2022. A month later, they ll play Edinburgh Castle on July 16.
Original tickets will be valid, with the remainder on sale now. They said: Our shows at The Eden Sessions, Edinburgh Castle and Musgrave Park in Cork and are being rescheduled… put the dates in your diary - we can t wait to get back out on the road!
The Script Tease The Acoustic Sessions 2 EP With New Version Of For The First Time Monday, 15 March 2021
The Script have unveiled an acoustic version of their single For The First Time.
The song from 2010 s Science & Faith will feature on the Irish trio s upcoming second Acoustic Sessions EP, due out on St. Partick s Day, March 17, following up the first instalment which dropped in 2018.
The four-track release will also include three other reworks: Breakeven from the band s self-titled 2008 debut album, Millionaires from 2012 s #3 and Nothing, also off Science & Faith . They said: Last year we cut short our Sunsets & Full Moons Tour due to the pandemic and found ourselves reflecting on the songs we had put in the set. A couple of them we put in because of the love they were getting from The Script Family both on streaming platforms and messages we were getting to play them live.
