Alexander Arsenault, 35, of Greenfield, New Hampshire, pleaded guilty in federal court Wednesday (January 27) to a charge of possession of an unregistered firearm in connection to the explosion, U.S. Attorney Scott W. Murray confirmed in court documents obtained by Documents showed Arsenault built a homemade explosive device made up of low-explosive main charge and a non-electrical fusing system to blow up the vehicle, which was parked outside his neighbor s home, following previous disputes with the victim. ....
