Ex-Army chef, Kara McCallum, sought the support of RFEA - the Forces Employment Charity - when she found her job at an airport was at risk following the Covid-19 outbreak. She was encouraged by her RFEA Advisor to apply for new roles and is now working in the security sector, with a view to eventually joining the police force.
