The scheme pubs which brought neighbours and strangers together in Dundee

The scheme pubs which brought neighbours and strangers together in Dundee Updated: April 27, 2021, 11:20 am © DCT Media Time gentlemen please! Drinkers are put on the clock at the Highwayman in the Hilltown in 1976. Local pubs have been the lifeblood of Dundee’s housing estates for generations. (Photo: Serendipity Arts Festival) Started in 2016, the Serendipity Arts Festival (SAF) in Panaji, Goa, has grown into one of the largest multi-disciplinary arts initiatives in South Asia. Artists from across the world shed the pressures of political correctness or ticket sales to push the envelope as far as it can go.
