Scottdale Early Learning (SEL), a 501(c)3 early care and educational organization serving low and moderate income families in DeKalb County, has received a $10,000 grant from the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning (DECAL) to explore and begin to address the issues faced by students who are parents. The grant was one of nine 2Gen Innovation Grants given to local organizations that support student-parents and their children. This is the first 2Gen Innovation Grant SEL has received.
