Tow truck driver said you arent doing anything. Reporter that boyfriend did come to the scene. He also had a gun. Its sad that it happened. Reporter the police say the repo man was first pistol whipped by womans boyfriend so he turned to walk away. When he did he heard glass shattering behind him. Thats when the repo man pulled out his pistol and there was a gun fight. The womans boyfriend would be shot in the chest and arm and died at the hospital.
