LODI The San Joaquin County Sheriff s Office has launched a homicide investigation into two deaths in rural Lodi after a grandchild entered and found two unresponsive people. Sheriff s deputies were dispatched to a home at 8 a.m. Thursday in the 5000 block of West Kingdon Road in Lodi after receiving a call from a person who walked into their grandparents’ home to find two people unresponsive. The Sheriff s Office said the case is being investigated as a homicide, and did not release any further details.
