Oxford Crown Court Picture: ED NIX A judge will decide next month how a domestic abuser should be sentenced. Scott Hadlow, 41, has already pleaded guilty to causing actual bodily harm, damaging a gumball machine, chain and ornament belonging to his victim and breaching a court order banning him from contacting her. The offences were committed in Freeland, near Witney, on January 23. But the Oxford man, formerly of Luther Street, denies elements of the prosecution s case. He told Oxford Crown Court via video link from HMP Bullingdon on Tuesday: It s very clear that I haven t punched her 10 times. Recorder John Ryder QC fixed a Newton Hearing for August 13. A judge will hear evidence from both sides and decide the facts on which Hadlow will be sentenced. ....
