cblack@newsandsentinel.com PARKERSBURG Two Davisville residents were arrested after attempting to steal a catalytic converter from a vehicle in the south side Lowe’s parking lot. According to a criminal complaint filed in Wood County Magistrate Court, last October, Scott Dewayne Bush, 41, 47 Elm St., Davisville, and Crystal Nichole Ventimiglia, same address, were involved in the incident. Bush and another man cut off and attempted to steal two catalytic converters valued at more than $1,000 and caused damage in the process, the complaint said. Photos taken showed the damage that affected oxygen sensors and heat shields valued at more than $2,500, the complaint said.
