Most of the things you remember are about your relationship with your mother, who died of cancer at the age of 25. I should start by asking: What did your mother teach you about beauty?
Beauty is one thing in my life, like food, which always reminds me. She was very beautiful – she ate well and took care of her clothes, her skin, her hair. My mother tried to teach me about skin care at a very young age, but I didn’t want to do anything with it. As a fast-paced young woman, my rebellious course was to take away my beauty. It seemed as if the decorative system stood out so that it would not be taken too seriously. Now
