MOE announces partial re-opening of schools by Nicole Drayton In a press conference today the Ministry of Education announced a partial re-opening of Primary and Secondary schools. Secondary schools and will re-open on February 8th for forms 4-6 only utilizing what they call a hybrid system. This system states that online classes will continue and students will report to school for the completion of Practicals, SBAs and Internal Assessments.
