Because lows like this do not help when we dont cool down during the overnight hours. Were in the 60s and 70s, some record warm low temperatures. It doesnt allow those areas that dont have air conditioning to clear out like we normally would have with the marine layer which is nonexistent. San francisco is recently adding more than 3,000 covid tests each day and that will be going up. In total we will have an additional 1400 testing spots per day. The embarcadero location will have 14 spots and a third city site and two popup sites will be coming for higher infection rates.
