And so, i guess when you were able to move out of the housing unit and my parents were pleased that we never had to live in a housing unit that we did live in a fourstory walkup. Before we moved to where we lived. And those who were able to get into the community were those who were able to get a plot of land and two were able to build a house. Even when that happened, you were still in an all Africanamerican Community with people who were not economically self sufficient and you had friends in the housing unit.
