Dept. of Education to meet with LMETB over Drogheda Educate Together Secondary School move

Department of Education and the
Louth Meath Education Training Boardwill discuss the temporary move of the Educate Together Secondary School in Drogheda later today.
It comes after
raised the issue in the Dáil yesterday, describing it as outrageous
The Department decided earlier this week to move the school from its current site on the Mill Road to the grounds of St. Oliver s Community School.
It was ratified following an emergency meeting of
LMETB, which left the school s board of management shocked and dismayed .
Over 2,000 people have signed a petition against the decision, which
