Saud made remarks while inaugurating the campus building of Himalaya Kiran Public Campus, Khandbari Municipality, Sankhuwasabha built with Government of Indias financial assistance. Saud jointly inaugurated the project along with Naveen Srivastava, Ambassador of India to Nepal. The political leaders from Sankhuwasabha, social workers, officials of Nepali Government, representatives of the Campus and local communities were also present on this occasion.
