A passenger jet on its way from Stockholm to Gran Canaria made a precautionary landing at Schiphol Airport near Amsterdam after one of the aircraft’s engines showed signs of overheating. There were no injuries due to the incident on Wednesday, a spokesperson for Sunclass Airlines told NL Times. Records show the flight departed 90 minutes late from Stockholm Arlanda Airport in Sweden. The Airbus A330 pushed back from the gate at about 10 a.m. local time for the nearly six-hour flight.
