Good afternoon. It is a pleasure to see you all here after a long time of virtual events. This is the first time weve had a full board of governors and nine years. To have the seven of us here, it is the first time we have met like this in seven years nine years. Terrific. These sessions started a few years ago and 2019 in what turned out to be a different time. We continue to benefit from them as we navigated the pandemic shut down.
