SHERIFF AND DISTRICT ATTORNEY   CRACK DOWN ON FENTANYL DEALERS   Hebert Receives 40-year Sentence               On Monday, April 29, 2024, Corey Hebert entered a plea of guilty in the 13th Judicial District Court Division B on the charges of Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance, to wit: Fentanyl, and Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance, to wit: Heroin, and received a sentence of forty (40) years hard labor.
