Here is the Carson City area road report for the week of Aug. 17-23, 2015: Beginning Sunday through Thursday, August 20, crews will be re-striping pavement markings on roadways throughout the city each night from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning.

Each week we publish projects planned by the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT), the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), the County of El Dorado, and the City of South Lake Tahoe. Until May, road work in the Lake Tahoe area will be limited.
NDOT - Lake Tahoe and Douglas County
Utility Work (Minor Delays) - on US-50 in both directions between Elks Point Road and Stateline in Douglas County Nevada. Sunday through Thursday from 7 PM to 6 AM roadwork with intermittent delays. Consider an alternate route. The estimated End Time is 6:00 AM on 05/06/21

Road Closed - on SR-88 in both directions from Mottsville Lane to Mackland Avenue in Douglas County Nevada. Local traffic will be allowed to animal hospital and local ranches. Emergency vehicle traffic will have access bypass. Estimated End Time is 6:00 AM on 04/26/21
