The more we worked with this, the more we ended up with a puzzle, that i have to say having cowritten this book, im so not remotely sure i know the answer to, which is you know how do you govern the world in which so many of our working assumptions about why we have governance, how it works and what the role of the state in it is . Another going to sit here and say these arent true anymore. I think a lot of people have spent a lot of time saying the state is over. Theyve all been wrong. A lot of people spent a lot of time questioning whether the world is going to end and im not going to do that. I am going to see a lot of our assumptions about the way we govern our a little bit less true than they used to be. And the question of how what you replace them with becomes a real head scratcher.
