SC Capital Partners Pte Ltd, the Singapore-headquartered private equity real estate fund manager, has announced the formation of a data centre investment program with a wholly owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA). SC Capital Partners has secured commitments for the new mandate from ADIA, with the ability to scale up over time to $2 billion of equity.
