The Bombay High Court has issued guidelines for effective implementation of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act to ensure victim’s participation in various stages of judicial process.
A bench comprising Chief Justice Dipankar Datta and Justice GS Kulkarni gave these directions while hearing a plea filed by social worker Arjun Malge.
