(Cleveland) - A Warren, Ohio man, accused of being one of the people who breached the U.S. Capitol building earlier this month, was in U.S. District Court in Cleveland on Monday.
Stephen Ayres is charged with obstruction of juistice, unlawful entry into restricted buildings, and violent entry on Capitol grounds. He s been released on $20,000 bond, and was ordered to not travel outside the Northern District of Ohio.
Ayres was arrested thanks to tips received by the FBI. A federal affidavit said Ayres posted a video on Facebook on January 6, describing what happened during the siege of the Capitol. That video was later made private. ....
