Your first look at ‘The Wonder Years’ reboot set in Alabama

It’s official. A remake of “The Wonder Years,” focusing on a Black family in Alabama, will make its debut this fall on ABC.
The series is scheduled for Wednesday nights at 7:30 p.m. CT, according to a schedule released today by ABC. “The Wonder Years” will follow “The Goldbergs,” which airs at 7 p.m. CT, and lead into “The Conners,” set for 8 p.m. CT. Specific premiere dates for ABC’s fall shows haven’t been announced.
The network has released photos from the pilot episode, which stars Elisha “EJ” Williams as 12-year-old Dean Williams, along with a 35-second teaser video. (See the photos in the gallery at the top of this post, and the teaser video below.) ....
