Esya Centre: While citing auctions held in the past, it said that a significant portion of the spectrum was sold at the reserve price. As per Esya, in 2014, 2015 and 2016, only 53%, 79% and 21% of the spectrum put to auction were sold above the reserve price, respectively. Similarly, it said that in 2022, over 99% of the spectrum was sold at the reserve price, despite the telecom regulator reducing the reserve price for many frequency bands. ....
