Oh my goodness. Marin county. So thats caused a lot of problems. It was just this cell that moved through marin county, it dumped a lot of heavy rain and even brought some flashes of lightning this morning, and so that also caused some problems on the roads, so as we take a look out here right now, i wanted to show you what it looks like on storm ranger, our mobile Doppler Radar. That moved through at about 2 00 to 2 30 this morning and has since cleared out but theres still some lingering rain in that area. As we take a closer look, we are seeing still some heavy rain pouring just south of that area in marin county, just south of san rafael, that move through, and then also in San Francisco right now we are seeing some heavy rain, moving toward the east bay also picking up on some rain th
Issued advisories, and saying that people were sliding off of the roads, and then we also had some lightning that went along with that, and now things have since started to clear out, but there is still some flooding on highway 101 near lucky drive. So still some heavy rain moving through parts of the east bay and south bay right now, as we get a closer look at storm ranger, our mobile Doppler Radar, giving us the most current information as that heavy rain moves just north of san ramon, south of concord and extending toward antioch, well see the waves of rain mostly this morning, starting to taper off, going into late this morning, into the afternoon. Getting out there on the roads i wanted to show you this, some breaking news, we do also now have a Traffic Alert, so we have a deadly crash on westbound i80, at the gilman street exit and so we do have the road closed in this area, as weve seen this Traffic Alert that may cause some major issues, getting around that.
