The Jolly Old Elf hitched a ride with the Waco Fire Department, with Santa riding through neighborhoods aboard a shiny, red firetruck and with firefighter elves by his side. Santa (Wayne Biggs) greeted neighborhood children, stopped for photos, handed out candy canes and even listened to a few last-minute Christmas gift requests. ....
