building, the four walls, there s nothing holding up the four walls alt the warehouse now. crews couldn t even go inside to fight the fire because the building could have collapsed at any moment. a three-alarm fire broke out at this abandoned warehouse around 3:45 this morning. the blaze was so big and ferocious, the roof collapsed forcing crews in a defensive stance. it took more than an hour to knock it out. this was a defensive operation where we stand around the outside. it was not safe in there. the aftermath of the fire brought tiffany to tears. she had been squatting in there and was visiting a friend across the street when the fire broke out. with the building dw stroyed, so, too, are her things. there s a lot of things destroyed. investigators are looking into whether homeless people started the fire. witnesses say they saw people running out of the building when the fire broke out. sometimes squatters will build a camp fire to keep warm. it s fenced off an
