A fatal crash in Kenosha County shut down several lanes of i94 for a couple of hours. It happened near the highway 142 exit. Were told that a woman died after southbound. Three people in the other car were injured. And are expected to be ok. Its unclear what caused the crash. All lanes have since reopened. A teenage girl is shot to death on milwaukees north side. Investigators are trying to figure out if she was the intended target. As the family mourns the loss.
