The shooter may have been targeting his first victims but then began attacking at random. Reporter the gunman has been identified as a 51 yearold man who disguised himself as a Police Officer and a fake uniform with a fake Royal Canadian cruiser. Later he switched vehicles to a silver chevrolet suv. So far there is no known motive.
