The details to this, the gruesome discovery, have been limited, but they have confirmed it was a womans body found inside a duffel bag right over in that area behind us. That duffel bag was found by a dog walker at the intersection of 22nd avenue and fulton in the Richmond District in San Francisco. Youre seeing some video from last night when San Francisco police were on scene. You can see investigators placing the white tent where presumably the duffel bag was found.
