23 warkaris test COVID +ve in Alandi

At least 23 warkaris tested positive for COVID-19 on Friday after arriving in the temple town of
Alandi for the Sant Dnyaneshwar Palkhi Sohala.
Nearly 450 warkaris from different parts of the state arrived in Alandi for the Sant Dnyaneshwar Palkhi Prasthan held on Friday.

Patil, trustee of the Sant Dnyaneshwar Maharaj temple, said, “We had taken care while organising the occasion. Warkaris arrived in Alandi four days earlier. They were quarantined at one place. RT-PCR tests were also conducted,. Those whose reports were positive were shifted to Mhalunge. Those who were came in contact with them are also quarantined.” ....
