Sanjay Rathod MUMBAI: Shiv Sena minister Sanjay Rathod may have handed his resignation to CM Uddhav Thackeray on Sunday, but the CM has not yet forwarded it to governor B S Koshyari for approval. This means Rathod technically still holds the minister’s post. After forest minister Rathod (49) submitted his resignation on Sunday, a day ahead of the start of the state assembly’s budget session, it was expected Thackeray would forward the letter to the governor immediately on Sunday evening or at least the next day (Monday).
