Bringing the Salmon Home: The Columbia River Salmon Reintroduction Initiative, the Indigenous-led project of the Syilx Okanagan, Ktunaxa and Secwépemc Nations, in partnership with Canada and B.C., is exploring innovative ways to bring the salmon back. These updates are based on what the Committee has heard from Basin residents and local governments since our original recommendations were prepared in 2013. The updated recommendations are attached for your consideration.
